Human Capital Development
  • CTUIL is regularly inducting fresh talent in the form of Engineer Trainees / Officer Trainees.
  • On Induction, the ETs/OTs are subjected to one year of complete training involving class room training, On Job Training, Behavioural skill development, Role Playing, Management games, Yoga, Seminars, Talks by eminent persons, Industrial visits, Management module, sports, cultural events & mentoring with an objective to support them in their journey of transition to become future leaders. Job rotation, planned Training & Development interventions, focussed HR interventions have facilitated in grooming and nurturing these talents who continue to be strong driving forces of the organization.
