Shri Naveen Srivastava

Shri Naveen Srivastava, a dynamic leader aged 57, brings a wealth of expertise to the table. He is an accomplished electrical engineer, having graduated in Electrical Engineering (Hons) from the prestigious National Institute of Technology - Durgapur, and has honed his leadership skills through a General Management Programme at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and the Harvard Manage Mentor program at Harvard Business School With over two decades of experience in operations, Mr. Srivastava has consistently driven success across multiple facets, including Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Testing and Commissioning (T&C), and cutting-edge SCADA and communication technologies.

Shri Kailash Kumar Gupta

Shri Kailash Kumar Gupta , (DIN:09623293) is a Director and Chief Operating Officer of our Company. Prior to taking up this assignment, he was Executive Director (MM) of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (Holding Company). He is having an experience of around 30 years in various cross-functional areas of Power Sector including Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Project Execution, etc. During his tenure in POWERGRID, Shri Gupta was posted in North Eastern Region, Western Region, Northern Region and Corporate Office in different capacities. Shri Kailash Kumar Gupta is an Electrical Engineer and also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Finance & Marketing) and Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management. 

Shri Venkata Subrahamanayam Vallurie

Shri Venkata Subrahamanayam​ Vallurie , (DIN: 10344777) is an Additional Director of our Company. He is a qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India with over 35 years of post qualification experience. He has spent more than 32 years of his career with POWERGRID, serving in Regional Headquarter and the Corporate Centre. He possesses extensive expertise in key finance functions, including resource mobilisation, financial concurrence, enterprise resource planning (ERP), financial accounting and internal audit. He has been instrumental in driving the digitization of finance operations including the implementation and enhancement of SAP systems across POWERGRID. He has previously served in Finance Department of Northern Region-I and as Head of Finance in Telecom Department. He is currently serving as Head of Finance (HoF) of Southern Region-I.
