All entities including RE Generators & RPPDs need to submit Final Technical Connection Data/CON-4 One year ahead of the physical interconnection to ISTS.
Blacklisting of Entities
Under GNA Regulation, A distribution licensee or a Bulk consumer with a load of 50 MW and above is permitted to seek connectivity to ISTS through an application for GNA.
STUs are requested to apply for additional GNA as per Regulation 19.1 in FORMAT-GNA-APP-1 in offline mode.
